Sitting in the Lazy Boy on my parents’ farm in Kansas as a 8-year-old, I remember paging through the remarkable photos in National Geographic. I was captivated. I wanted to take a picture that would be published in the magazine.
The concept of putting something beautiful, alluring or brutally truthful in a rectangle has fueled me ever since. As a professional for 12 years, I’ve worked with airplane pilots, private chefs, models, families, fiancés and newlyweds. I’ve followed my camera over a cliff in Yellowstone, out the door of a flying helicopter, and into pristine Caribbean water. But that’s just the start.
Currently, I’m based in Washington, DC. I focus on delicious eats, fashion, and urban scenery.
